DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING

The following printers are capable of printing on both sides of a sheet of paper:  WinLab, Media Center, and Finance Office printers.  These instructions are for our black and white double sided printers.  Instructions for the color printers are located on the machines. 

Each time you want to print double-sided, go to:

File à Print à Preferences or Properties (button) à Finishing*

Check box for Print on Both Sides.

 

 

* If you don't see the finishing tab, follow the directions below. 

If you do not see the finishing option on your computer, you need to do this once on your machine:

Start à Printers and Faxesà

                        Right Click on a printer that is capable of printing double-sided

                                    Pick Propertiesà

                                                Device Settingsà

                                                            Look for: Duplex Unit (for 2-sided Printer) Uninstalled

Click on Uninstalled to change to Installed

Click Apply and OK.
