Getting Help Common Issues Ask Delilah

ASH Tech Teachers

***If you need assistance learning or doing something with your computer***

Example issues:

  • How do I do something in Office, GroupWise, the Internet, Inspiration, etc.

  • How do I see the screen image on a classroom monitor?

 

ITHelpdesk

***If something is broken or in need of repair during school hours***

Go to the IT Helpdesk in the Media Center

Example issues:

  • I cannot connect to the Internet at school.

  • Part of the software originally installed on the computer doesn’t run properly.

  • I can’t access GroupWise.

  • I can’t get to my server directory.

***If you need assistance with your computer outside of school hours***

For HP Tablets, call 1-800-474-6836.

  • When I try to use the CD-ROM, it won’t operate.

  • The lights on the computer are on, but the screen is blank.
